How to Handle Grief through the Holidays

Help for the Holiday SeasonLosing a loved one is difficult enough to handle but add in the holiday season and it seems to intensify the grief for most people.

If you are mourning a loss of a loved one this year, consider joining our grief support group as we help you honor your loved one and work through your grief. This compassionate group is led by several folks who have all experienced the loss of someone special – Jan Howard, Betty Baggott, Russell Lackey and Dan Harrison.

We will meet in the EHBC Reception room on Wednesdays at 6:15pm beginning November 4 through December 16. This group is open to the community so share and invite anyone whom you think will benefit from our time together.
