What to Expect
The teachers at Eastern Hills Baptist Church are committed to serving Jesus Christ by ministering to preschoolers and their families. We provide a safe and secure environment for preschoolers to grow and learn about the great love God has for them. Our core values are to train children and preschoolers to love God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. This is accomplished through age appropriate Bible lessons and activities. We would love for you and your family to join us for worship this Sunday, and experience all that Eastern Hills Baptist Church has to offer.
Sunday Activities at EHBC
Be sure to check our events calendar for current dates and times.
Sunday School
Sunday School is the place where preschoolers learn about God, Jesus, family, nature, church, and their community. Bible truths are taught using five of their senses. Preschoolers learn the Bible through the use of interactive areas called centers. These may involve cooking, building, painting, playing, or listening.
Worship Care
Worship Care is provided for all children, birth through four years old during all of our worship services. You will find that our worship care is staffed with volunteers who truly love preschoolers and desire for them to know God better.
Wednesday Activities at EHBC
Wednesday Night Family Supper
Each Wednesday begins with a family supper at 5:00 PM. There is a small cost for each person or family.
Preschool Children’s Choir
Music is a vital part of worship. It provides an outlet for expressing our love for God, and a way to share God’s love with others. Our preschool choir program provides children ages three to five years with valuable musical experiences each week. The children are involved in singing, playing instruments, and learning the importance of music in worship. Learn more about our Music Ministry.
Mission Friends
Mission friends is a fun, hands on way to learn about Southern Baptist Missionaries and the cultures where they serve. Preschoolers make crafts, taste food, sing songs, and play games from the different cultures where our missionaries serve.
