Veterans Day is set aside to remember all those who served in our armed forces during times of war and peace. On this Veterans Day, I hope you will join me in saluting our Veterans and extend our gratitude for their service. All of us have someone in our families who is a veteran. For many, like myself, it was my father. Veterans are all around us. They are our relatives, friends, neighbors and co-workers. “These individuals committed to a cause larger than their own and accepted the challenge to defend our Nation.” Today we remember their service and sacrifice. For some, it was their very lives. For others, it was the sacrifice of body and the future they dreamed of. Join me in thanking God for each one of them, for the privilege of living in the greatest nation on earth and praying for the welfare of all our veterans, especially those who suffer because of their service to our nation.
Thank You Veterans
